The Silas Friesen Quintet – Silas Friesen (trumpet), Eric Wong (sax), Jasmine Der (piano), Emmett Fortosky (bass), and Joel Jeschke (drums) – has recently been working with Jim Brenan. Saturday night’s performance will showcase the fruits of this mentorship.

Led by Doug, live performances are filled with the high-energy, infectious Celtic-based music people associate with the Leahy heritage.
